Welcome to newvinplate.com. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days (usually the next working day) via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery, with tracking provided to your email address. In some situations, such as a fully custom-made/bespoke order that you have requested, the dispatch time may be longer. In the event of an extended lead time, you will be informed by email.  

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on this website are made to order. This means that each item is specifically crafted or personalised based on your selected options and preferences at the time of purchase.

As a result, all sales are final.

2. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of the products on newvinplate.com:

• We do not accept returns for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or incorrect item received.
• Refunds will not be issued once an order is placed and production has begun.
• Exchanges are not permitted, as each item is made-to-order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including, if applicable, sizing, colour, personalisation details, and quantities.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. After that window, we cannot cancel your order under any circumstances.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Please make contact using this Contact Link within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
• If your claim is approved, we will either remake and resend the item or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

5. Production and Delivery Times

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to demand, material availability, or carrier issues, and we are not liable for such delays.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, text, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of newvinplate.com and may not be used or reproduced without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product.
